At checkout, opt to substitute an out-of-stock product get store credit instead

In the rare event an item in your order has run out of stock, we have two options available to help make this situation a little smoother for you.

  • The option to substitute the out-of-stock product with a similar one. Our team takes great care in selecting these substitutes, ensuring they are of the same high quality and meet your specific needs. Your order will be fulfilled without any delays.

  • You can choose to receive store credit instead. This credit can be used towards any future purchase. Our team will email you to provide updates and store credit, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
