At Only Gas, we want to make sure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and seamless as possible. As a part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we require payment to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. If payment is not received within this time frame, your order will automatically expire or cancel.

If you have sent your payment and your order status is showing as “cancelled," your payment will be added as a store credit to your Only Gas account which you can use toward a new order.

We understand that issues can arise during the ordering process, and we want to make sure that we address them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
